摘  要:针对提升机过放制动距离可控性差、冲击大等问题,本文提出一种变节流定距液压缓冲系统,可应用于提升机过放和过卷保护系统。文中提出了过放变节流定距缓冲系统工作原理,搭建了过放距离与变节流阀开度函数关系,并数学解析了过放定距原理;基于AMESim搭建了定距缓冲系统仿真模型,仿真了过放速度、过放质量、理论制动位移k值对定距缓冲性能的影响情况。研究结果表明:高速制动略超前于低速制动,制动位移与目标制动位移k值误差<1%,制动时间为(8.0±0.5)s;重载制动远超前于轻载制动,制动位移增大和变节流阀关闭趋势基本相同,较大过放质量(2500 kg时)会影响制动总位移,但误差<0.5 m;过放制动位移跟随目标位移k值变化,误差保持在0.1 m范围内,k值减小,过放实际制动位移减小,变节流阀关闭时间延长,过放制动时间延长,制动过程中速度波动和制动压力震荡趋势和程度基本相同。In order to issues such as poor controllability of the braking distance and large impact of the hoist,a variable throttle fixed distance hydraulic buffering system is proposed.The system can be applied to hoist over discharge and over roll protection systems.Firstly,the working principle of the over discharge variable current fixed distance buffer system is presented.The function relationship between the over discharge distance and the opening of the variable throttle valve is established,and mathematically analyzed the principle of over setting fixed distance.A simulation model of a fixed distance buffer system is built based on AMESim.The effects of over discharge speed,over discharge mass,and theoretical braking displacement k on the fixed distance buffering performance is simulated.The research results indicate that:high speed braking slightly ahead of low-speed braking.The error between the braking displacement and the target braking displacement k value is less than 1%.The braking time is(8.0±0.5)s.Heavy load braking is far ahead of light load braking.The increasing brake displacement and the closing trend of the variable throttle valve are basically the same.A larger overrelease mass(at 2500 kg)will affect the total brake displacement,but the error is less than 0.5 m.The displacement of the over release brake changes with the target displacement k value,but the error remains within the range of 0.1 m.The value of k decreases,the actual braking displacement decreases due to over discharge and the closing time of the variable throttle valve is extended.And braking time for over discharge is extended.The braking process,speed fluctuations,and brake pressure oscillations have similar trends and degrees.
