摘 要:混凝土搅拌站(楼)中粉料的输送按照不同的时间段一般分为2个阶段:一是粉料准备阶段的输送;二是粉料计量阶段的输送。本文分别对2个阶段粉料输送不同方式作出分析,得出不同阶段选择合适的粉料输送方式,既可以提高混凝土的质量,又能减少混凝土生产过程中的粉尘排放。结合粉料的不同来源、不同精度要求,综合考虑场地、成本、设备使用方的不同要求等因素,定制化的提供各种不同方案供选择,进而为混凝土搅拌站(楼)设计工程师、设备选型工程师提供一定的技术支持和帮助。The transportation of powder in concrete mixing plants(buildings)is generally divided into two stages according to different time periods.The first stage is the transportation of powder preparation stage.The second is the transportation during the powder metering stage.The article analyzes the different methods of powder transportation in two stages,and concludes that choosing the appropriate powder transportation method in different stages can not only improve the quality of concrete,but also reduce dust emissions during the concrete production process.Thus,based on the different sources of powder and precision requirements,and taking into account factors such as site,cost,and equipment usage requirements,various customized solutions are provided for selection,providing technical support and assistance for concrete mixing plant(building)design engineers and equipment selection engineers.
