机动车辆轮胎强制性产品认证新规实施

摘　　要：2024年12月30日,国家认可认证监督管理委员会(简称认监委)发布了关于机动车辆轮胎强制性产品认证实施规则的公告。公告指出,国家认监委对相关强制性产品认证实施规则进行了修订,《强制性产品认证实施规则机动车辆轮胎》(CNCA-C12-01:2024)自2025年1月1日起实施,《强制性产品认证实施规则机动车辆轮胎》(CNCA-C12-01:2015)同时废止。The main structure,process parameters,operating principles,and main features of the C-type hydraulic curing press are briefly introduced.The main unit of the C-type hydraulic curing press adopts a circular column structure,which is relatively simple in structure.The left and right molds can be operated during vulcanization separately,with high cost-effectiveness,mechanization and automation,which can improve tire quality and reduce energy consumption.The independently developed mechanical hand claw plate lifting adopts a slider linear guide rail method instead of the previous column copper sleeve type.The linear guide rail of the slider offers smooth operation,good wear resistance and a long service life.By adjusting the fixed position of the adjustment rod and the pin seat,it can grasp tires of different specifications,solving the problem of a single set of mechanical hand grasping tires with a small size range in the past.
