摘 要:研究O形橡胶密封圈的国际硬度(IRHD),重点分析胶料的邵尔A型硬度与成品密封圈的IRHD之间的关系以及浸油前后密封圈IRHD的变化。结果表明:密封圈的IRHD取决于其相应胶料的邵尔A型硬度等级;随着浸油时间的延长,丁腈橡胶试5171密封圈的IRHD减小,且浸油4 h试验基本可反映密封圈的IRHD变化趋势。The international hardness(IRHD)of O-ring rubber seals was studied,and the relationship between the Shore A hardness of the compound and the IRHD of the seals,as well as the changes in IRHD of the seals before and after immersion in oil were analyzed in detail.The results indicated that the IRHD of the seals depended on the Shore A hardness level of the corresponding rubber material.With the extension of oil immersion time,the IRHD of the NBR 5171 seals decreased and the 4 h oil immersion test could basically reflect the change trend of IRHD of the seals.
