摘 要:研究采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试天然橡胶的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))的影响因素。结果表明:升温速率及保温程序对天然橡胶的T_(g)测试结果影响较大,在一定范围内改变载气气氛、气体流速、试样质量均对天然橡胶的T_(g)测试结果无明显影响。本试验确定的天然橡胶T_(g)测试优选条件为:在氮气气氛下,升温速率为10℃·min^(-1),气体流速为50 mL·min^(-1),保温程序为在-80℃条件下保温10 min,试样质量为10 mg。Factors affecting the determination of glass transition temperature(T_(g))of natural rubber by differential scanning calorimetry were studied.The results showed that the heating rate and insulation program had a significant effect on the T_(g) test results of natural rubber.Within a certain range,changes in the carrier gas atmosphere,gas flow rate,and sample mass had no significant effect on the T_(g) test results of natural rubber.The optimal conditions for determining the T_(g) of natural rubber in this experiment were as follows:under a nitrogen atmosphere,the heating rate of 10℃·min^(-1),the gas flow rate of 50 mL·min^(-1),the insulation program of 10 min at-80℃,and the mass of sample of 10 mg.
