当归通痹汤联合温针灸阳陵泉治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨当归通痹汤联合温针灸阳陵泉对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月淄博市张店区中医院收治的60例KOA患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用当归通痹汤治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合温针灸阳陵泉治疗。两组均治疗30 d。比较两组膝关节功能、血清炎性因子水平、血液黏滞度、疼痛程度和日常生活能力。结果:治疗后,两组骨关节炎指数各维度评分、血清白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素1β水平、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度和血浆黏度、疼痛视觉模拟评分均降低,且研究组均低于对照组,日常生活能力评分量表评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归通痹汤与温针灸阳陵泉联用可改善KOA患者膝关节功能,减轻炎症反应,降低血液黏滞度,缓解疼痛,提高患者日常生活能力。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Danggui Tongbi Decoction combined with warm acupuncture Yanglingquan on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 60 patients with KOA treated in Zhangdian District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zibo City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Danggui Tongbi Decoction,and the study group was treated with Danggui Tongbi Decoction combined with warm acupuncture Yanglingquan.Both groups were treated 30 d.Knee joint function,serum inflammatory factor level,blood viscosity,pain degree and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of various dimensions of osteoarthritis index,serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βlevels,whole blood low tangibility viscosity,whole blood high tangibility viscosity and plasma viscosity,pain visual analog score were all decreased in both groups,and the study group were all lower than the control group,and the score of daily living ability scale was increased in the study group,and was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Danggui Tongbi Decoction and warm acupuncture Yanglingquan can improve the knee joint function,reduce inflammation,reduce blood viscosity,relieve pain and improve the daily living ability of patients with KOA.
