锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁定加压钢板内固定术在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的86例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各43例。对照组采用常规开放复位钢板固定术治疗,研究组采用锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、疼痛程度及临床指标。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组简式麦吉尔疼痛评估量表中疼痛分级指数、疼痛视觉模拟、现时疼痛强度评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、手术时间及术中出血量均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁固加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折具有良好的治疗效果,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,缩短手术时间及住院时间,降低术中出血量,加速患者骨折愈合进程。Objective:To investigate the effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in patients with limb fracture.Methods:A total of 86 patients with limb fracture admitted to Yicheng District People’s Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction plate fixation,and the study group was treated with locking compression plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effect,pain degree and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the Pain Grading Index,Visual Analogue Scale and Current Pain Intensity scores in the Simplified McGill Pain Assessment Scale in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Fracture healing time,hospital stay,operation time and intraoperative blood loss in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The locking compression plate internal fixation has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of limb fracture,which can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and accelerate the healing process of patients with fracture.
