专科护士主导的多元化康复护理对胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者消极情绪及膝关节功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨专科护士主导的多元化康复护理在胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年5月抚州市东乡区人民医院收治的76例胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用专科护士主导的多元化康复护理。两组均持续护理至术后3个月。对比两组消极情绪、康复依从情况、膝关节功能及生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组美国特种外科医院膝关节量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表-100中各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复依从性为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专科护士主导的多元化康复护理用于胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者护理中,可有效缓解患者的消极情绪,提高其康复依从性,改善膝关节功能与生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of diversified rehabilitation nursing led by specialist nurses in patients with tibial plateau fracture after internal fixation.Methods:A total of 76 patients with tibial plateau fracture after internal fixationin Dongxiang District People’s Hospital of Fuzhou City from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received diversified rehabilitation nursing led by specialist nurses.Both groups continued nursing care until 3 months after surgery.Negative mood,rehabilitation compliance,knee function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions in the American Hospital Knee Scale for Special Surgery and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-100 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 78.95%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of diversified rehabilitation nursing led by specialized nurses in patients with tibial plateau fracture after internal fixation can effectively alleviate patients’negative emotions,improve their rehabilitation compliance,and improve knee joint function and quality of life.
