摘　　要：犬瘟热是一种具有高度传染性的犬类疾病,严重影响了犬的健康和生存。1只3月龄雄性比格犬,临床表现为精神状态沉郁、食欲不振、可视黏膜苍白、腹泻、腹围增大和咳嗽等,后通过影像学检查、血常规检查和犬瘟热病毒(CDV)抗原快速诊断试纸检测等方式进行诊断,经综合分析确诊患有犬瘟热。采取抗病毒、抗菌、消炎等方案进行治疗,患犬症状逐渐缓解,康复出院。文章通过对该病例的诊疗过程进行总结分析,讨论现代技术辅助诊断方法在犬瘟热诊治中的作用,为该病的临床诊治提供参考。Canine distemper is a highly infectious canine disease,which seriously affects the health and survival of dogs.A 3-month-old male beagle presented with a depressive mental state,loss of appetite,pale visible mucosa,diarrhea,enlarged abdominal circumference and cough,etc.The dog was diagnosed with distemper by imaging examination,blood routine examination and CDV antigen rapid diagnostic test paper.Treatment plan antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and other programs for treatment,the symptoms of the dog were gradually relieved and the dog was discharged from hospital.This article summarizes and analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of this case,discusses the role of modern technology-assisted diagnosis methods in the diagnosis and treatment of canine distemper,and provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
