摘　　要：可持续发展目标(Sustainable Development Goals,SDGs)是许多公共行政部门在促进可持续增长方面所面临的挑战。地方政府作为最贴近公众的政府层级,应为其社区利益制定与实现可持续发展目标相适应的战略,并采取相关行动。通过对意大利和西班牙地方政府的对比分析,本研究探讨了促进实现可持续发展目标的条件。研究结果阐述了相关政治和财政条件,它们能够激励从政者和决策者为实现可持续发展目标制订合适的战略和行动计划,同时也为进一步研究开辟道路,以帮助公共管理部门努力实现可持续增长。Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)are a challenge that many public administra-tions face in promoting sustainable growth.Local governments,as the governmental tier closest to citizens,should deliberate upon strategies and actions attuned to achiev-ing SDGs for the benefit of their communities.Through a comparative analysis of Italian and Spanish local governments,this research investigates the conditions that can support the achievement of SDGs.The results depict the politicai and financial levers that can stimulate politicians and policymakers in designing appropriate strat-egies and action plans towards the achievement of SDGs,while opening the path for further research that can support public administrations in their efforts at achieving sustainable growth.
