摘 要:现有潜水切割泵存在流量小、扬程较低、切割刀具切割性能不佳、叶轮及流道易被杂物堵塞等问题。文章对100WQ100-22-15QG潜水切割泵展开设计与试验研究,主要对潜水切割泵两级涡壳、叶轮、切割装置等关键部件进行设计。试验结果表明,潜水切割泵关死点扬程达到40.03 m,流量曲线延伸后显示Q_(max)为180.5 m^(3)·h^(-1),水泵效率为50.5%,符合预期设计要求,叶轮及流道无堵塞,切割装置有良好的切割特性。The existing submersible cutting pump has small flow,low head,poor cutting performance of cutting tool,and easy blockage of impeller and flow channel by debris and other problems.In this paper,the design and experimental study of 100WQ100-22-15QG submersible cutting pump are carried out,the key parts of the submersible cutting pump such as the two-stage turbine shell,impeller and cutting device,are designed.The test results show that the dead-end head of the submersible cutting pump reaches 40.03 m,the Q_(MAX) is 180.5 m^(3)·h-1 after the flow curve are extended,and the pump efficiency is 50.5%,which meets the expected design requirements,impeller and flow channel are not clogged,cutting device has good cutting characteristics.
