摘　　要：基层党组织作为贯彻落实党的方针政策的重要执行者,是党在基层全部工作的基础。加强基层党组织群众组织力建设,既是乡村振兴战略落地见效的关键所在,也是马克思主义政党建设的根本要求。在乡村振兴视域下,基层党组织群众组织力建设面临政治功能趋向弱化、服务能力尚显不足、群众需求日益多样、机制建设相对滞后等问题。为此,要突出基层党组织的政治功能,发挥战斗堡垒作用;以人民为中心,维护好人民的根本利益;转变工作作风,破除形式主义和官僚主义;贯彻群众路线、汲取人民群众的智慧。通过以上举措,全面提升基层党组织的群众组织力。Grassroots Party organizations,as an important implementation of the Party's principles and policies,is the basis of all the Party's work at the grass⁃roots level.Strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations is not only the key to im⁃plementing the rural revitalization policy,but also the fundamental requirement of the construction of a Marxist political party.In the context of rural revitalization,construction of organizational capacity of the masses of grassroots Party organizations still faces several challenges,including:weakening of political functions,insufficient service capabilities,changing needs of the populace,and lagging mechanism construction.To address these challenges,it is essential to emphasize political functions and strengthen the role of grassroots Party organizations as strongholds,focus on the people and safeguard their fundamental interests,change work styles to eliminate formalism and bureaucracy,and implement the mass line and draw on the wisdom of the people.Through these measures,organizational capacity of the masses of grassroots Party organizations can be comprehensively enhanced.
