陕西省民办高校多元融资策略探索及实践

摘　　要：民办教育是教育事业发展的重要增长点,是促进教育改革的重要力量。陕西省民办高校在全国具有较大的影响力,其在拓宽高校社会融资渠道、增加政府专项资金支持、提升学校学费标准、扩大办学规模、防范融资风险、提高办学水平等方面积极探索,开创了在全国具有一定创新性和超前性的融资路径。通过综合运用办学条件融资、银行贷款融资、上市融资、BOT融资和融资租赁等融资策略,能够有效缓解民办高校融资难的问题,助力民办高校不断提高办学层次、加强内涵建设和提升教育教学质量。Non⁃governmental education is an important growth point for the development of the education sector and a significant force in promoting educational reform.Non⁃governmental institutions of higher learning in Shaanxi Province has considerable in⁃fluence nationwide.It has actively explored various areas such as broadening social financing channels for universities,increasing government special fund support,raising tuition standards,expanding the scale of operations,preventing financing risks,and im⁃proving the quality of education.These efforts have pioneered innovative and advanced financing paths in the country.By com⁃prehensively utilizing the financing strategies of school conditions financing,bank loan financing,listing financing,BOT finan⁃cing,and financial leasing,the issue of financing difficulties for non⁃government institutions of higher learning can be effectively alleviated,helping them continuously enhance their educational levels,strengthen their intrinsic development,and improve the quality of education and teaching.
