摘　　要：鸡蛋花(Plumeria rubra)是夹竹桃科植物,药用部位包括花和茎皮,在我国广西和广东等地分布广泛.鸡蛋花的化学成分主要包含黄酮类化合物、挥发油、环烯醚萜类化合物、三萜类化合物、酚类化合物和多糖等.现代药理学研究表明,鸡蛋花具有抑制细菌和肿瘤细胞生长、解热镇痛、降血糖血脂、抗炎促进伤口愈合、抗氧化、保护肝脏等功效.本文对鸡蛋花的化学成分及药理作用进行详细综述,以期为鸡蛋花的进一步研究与利用提供参考.Plumeria rubra is a plant in the oleander family.Its medicinal components include flower and stem bark.It is widely distributed in Guangxi and Guangdong of China.The chemical components of Plumeria rubra mainly include flavonoid,volatile oil,iridoid,triterpenoid,polyphenol and polysaccharide.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Plumeria rubra has some biological activities such as inhibiting the growth of bacteria and tumor cells,antipyretic analgesia,lowering blood glucose and lipidemia,anti-inflammation,promoting wound healing,anti-oxidation,and protecting the liver.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Plumeria rubra were reviewed in detail in order to provide reference for further research and utilization of Plumeria rubra.
