摘　　要：2020年1月3日,党中央作出建设成渝地区双城经济圈的战略部署。几年来,成渝地区持续为该战略部署的贯彻落实保驾护航,不断推进两地社会治理工作走深走实。禁毒工作是社会治理工作的重要组成部分,在新毒情形势下,成渝两地禁毒工作也亟须协同推进。然而,两地协同治理工作面临专业能力不足、组织机制不畅、技术水平不高等问题。因此,两地禁毒部门要不断探索区域毒品问题协同治理的实践路径,加快形成和提升新质禁毒战斗力,以专业创新夯实协同治理基础,以机制创新建构协同治理体系,以科技创新赋能协同治理质效,形成专业高效、机制完备、技术领先的协同治理平台,推动两地毒品协同治理工作持续高质量发展。On January 3,2020,the CPC Central Committee made the strategic deployment of building the Cheng⁃du-Chongqing economic circle.Over the past few years,the Chengdu-Chongqing region has continued to escort the im⁃plementation of this strategic plan,and has continuously pushed forward the work of social governance in the two re⁃gions.Anti-drug work is an important part of social governance work,in the new drug situation,Chengdu-Chongqing anti-drug work is also urgent to promote synergy.However,the collaborative governance work of the two places is faced with the problems of insufficient professional ability,poor organization mechanism and low technical level.There⁃fore,the anti-drug departments of the two places should continue to explore the practical path of coordinated gover⁃nance of the regional drug problem,accelerate the formation and improvement of the new quality anti-drug combat ef⁃fectiveness.Consolidate the foundation of collaborative governance with professional innovation,construct a collabora⁃tive governance system with mechanism innovation,and empower the quality and efficiency of collaborative governance with scientific and technological innovation.To form a professional and efficient,complete mechanism,leading technol⁃ogy collaborative management platform,to promote the Chengdu-Chongqing region of drug collaborative management work sustained and high-quality development.
