摘  要:为提高塑壳断路器人机界面布局的秩序性,提出一种采用眼动试验分析界面信息的改进设计方案。眼动试验中,以现有塑壳断路器界面信息为自变量,以注视轨迹、首次注视时间、首次注视时长及主观量表等主客观评估指标为因变量,对状态信息、规格信息及铭牌信息的主次关系问题进行评估分析;根据眼动试验结果,归纳增强界面信息布局秩序性的改进方法并提出改进方案,再次通过眼动试验验证了改进方案人机界面设计秩序性提高,为智能低压电气产品及智能工业产品人机界面改进设计研究提供参考。To improve the order of man-machine interface layout of molded case circuit breaker,an improved design scheme was proposed using the interface information of eye tracking tests.The interface information of existing molded case circuit breakers was taken as the independent variable.The fixation trajectory,first fixation time,first fixation duration,subjective scale were taken as the evaluation indicators.The primary and secondary relationships among the status,specification and nameplate information were analyzed.The improved methods of enhancing the order of information layout on the interface were summarized to propose improvement plan according to the eye tracking test research conclusion.The enhancement of improved scheme HMI design order was verified by eye tracking tests.The research process provides references for the improvement design of HMI about intelligent low-voltage electrical products and intelligent industrial products.
