摘  要:为分析长杆弹对厚装甲目标的侵彻毁伤影响,文中采用LS-DYNA 3D软件进行数值模拟分析。基于侵彻过程的因素分析,设计了正交试验,确定了4个影响因素:入射速度、长径比、攻角和弹头形状;提出了3个毁伤评估指标:侵彻深度、冲击过载和毁伤直径,获得了各因素对各评估指标的影响程度。结果表明:长径比是影响侵彻深度的主要因素,侵彻深度随着长径比的增大而减小;弹头形状是影响冲击过载的主要因素,其中,蘑菇头形状弹头对装甲目标的冲击过载毁伤有极大促进作用;攻角是影响毁伤直径的主要因素,毁伤直径随着攻角的增大而增大。In this article,in order to explore the impact of the long-rod projectile’s penetration damage on the thickly armored targets,the LS-DYNA 3D software is used for the numerical simulation and analysis.Based on the factor analysis on the penetration process,the orthogonal experiment is designed and the four influencing factors are determined:incidence velocity,Length∕Diameter ratio,angle of attack and warhead shape.Three damage-assessment indexes are proposed:penetration depth,impact overload and damage diameter.The influence of each factor on the indexes is obtained.The results show that the Length∕Diameter ratio is the main factor affecting the penetration depth,which decreases with the ever-growing Length∕Diameter ratio.The warhead shape is the main factor affecting the impact overload,and the mushroom-shaped warhead has a great disastrous effect on the impact overload of the armored targets.The angle of attack is the main factor affecting the damage diameter,which increases with the ever-growing angle of attack.
