摘  要:基于有限元仿真及响应曲面法和正交试验设计获得油封极限状态函数的显式表达式,依据剩余标准差越小,回归函数数据差异越小,函数更为均衡的原则选择显式表达式的最优模型。采用Monte-Carlo法和阶矩技术相结合的方法对油封的结构进行可靠性灵敏度计算和可靠性分析,高效地解决隐式极限状态函数的可靠性分析问题。研究结果表明:响应面法和正交试验两者结合能够快速而准确地进行油封的极限状态函数的拟合;油封可靠度随着过盈量、油侧唇角、空气侧唇角均值的增大而提高,随着其他影响因素均值的增大而降低;可靠度随着各个因素方差的增大均表现为降低。Based on the finite element simulation,response surface method and orthogonal test design,the explicit expression of the limit state function of the oil seal is obtained.According to the principle that the smaller the residual standard deviation is,the smaller the difference of the regression function data is,and the function is more balanced,the optimal model of the expression is selected.The reliability sensitivity calculation and reliability analysis of the oil seal structure are carried out by combining the Monte-Carlo method with the order moment technique,which effectively solves the reliability analysis problem of the implicit limit state function.The results show that the combination of response surface method and orthogonal test can quickly and accurately fit the limit state function of oil seal.The reliability of oil seal increases with the increase of the mean value of interference,oil side lip angle and air side lip angle,and decreases with the increase of the mean value of other influencing factors.Reliability decreases with the increase of variance of each factor.
