摘　　要：近年来制造业竞争环境变化加剧,产品敏捷开发已成为企业应对变化的新举措。由于产品敏捷开发通用模型缺乏,制造业敏捷产品开发方法已成新的研究方向。文中首先分析了面向中国制造企业的TRIZ技术转移案例,基于已构建的C-TRIZ提出TRIZ能在企业发挥作用的是C-TRIZ项目,其特点为实施时间短、过程敏捷,项目实施结果仅改变待开发产品的一部分,形成一类新型变化驱动项目;之后面向制造业产品创新的C-TRIZ项目,构建了计划与变化混合驱动的敏捷发明过程模型、敏捷产品开发系统模型、敏捷产品开发管理系统模型,这3个模型构成制造业混合驱动敏捷产品开发的一种新方法。通过C-TRIZ项目的实施,该方法的构建为把TRIZ变成制造业产品开发过程不可或缺的一部分奠定了基础,也为制造业敏捷产品开发提供了一种可选方案。In recent years,since the market of manufacturing products is full of fierce competition,agile product development has become a new measure for manufacturing companies to cope with the market changes.Because a general model is nowhere to be found,there is much focus on the method of agile product development in the manufacturing industry.In this article,firstly efforts are made to explore the cases of the TRIZ technology transferred in the Chinese manufacturing companies.Based on the case analysis,it is identified that the C-TRIZ project plays an important role for the companies to implement TRIZ.The CTRIZ project is characterized by the short implementation time and the agile process,which merely changes parts of the product to be developed and forms a new type of change-driven projects.Then,the models of the agile invention process,agile product development system,and agile product development management system driven by hybrid planning and changing are constructed for the C-TRIZ project of product innovation in the manufacturing industry.These three models represent a new method of hybriddriven agile product development in the manufacturing industry.Through the C-TRIZ project,this method lays a solid foundation for TRIZ to be an indispensable part of the product development process,which provides an alternative solution to agile product development in the manufacturing industry.
