摘 要:石化污水通常具有组分复杂、难降解的问题,单纯采用生物法处理难以达到预期目的。将化学预处理与生化结合,即在生物处理前,首先利用化学手段将难降解污染物转化为易生化物质具有较好的应用效果。综述了国内对石化废水的4种预处理工艺,包括光催化氧化法、芬顿氧化法、湿式氧化法和臭氧氧化法的作用机理与应用情况。鉴于各工艺在降解有机物能力上的显著差异,根据废水特性(如有机物浓度、毒性、水温、压力等)提出了适配的预处理工艺建议。Complex components and difficult degradation problem usually existes in the treatment of petrochemical wastewater,so it is difficult to achieve the expected purpose by biological treatment alone.The combination of chemical pretreatment and biochemistry,that is,before the biological treatment,the first use of chemical means to transform refractory pollutants into easy biochemical substances achieves a good application effect.The mechanism and application situation of four pretreatment processes for petrochemical wastewater,including photocatalytic oxidation,Fenton oxidation,wet oxidation and ozone oxidation,is reviewed in this paper.In view of the significant differences in the ability of each process to degrade organic matter,the suitable pretreatment process is proposed according to the characteristics of wastewater(such as organic matter concentration,toxicity,water temperature,pressure,etc.).
