摘 要:针对某炼油厂脱硫脱硫醇装置(以下简称双脱装置)中混和干气脱硫塔在运行过程中出现的产品质量不稳定及频繁冲塔问题,进行了详尽的运行参数对比和工艺流程模拟分析。经对比研究发现,系统内部严重的发泡现象是导致该脱硫塔运行效果不佳的关键原因。为改善此状况,采取了调整塔盘结构型式的措施,降低系统发泡倾向,进而解决冲塔问题并提升塔盘效率。改造后的塔内件运行表现良好,保证了混和干气脱硫塔的稳定运行和产品质量。Aiming at the problems of unstable product quality and frequent flushing existing in operation of the mixed dry gas desulfurization tower in a desulphurization and sweetening unit(hereinafter referred to as double removal device),detailed operation parameters of the tower are compared and the process flow simulation calculation is carried out.Through the comparison and analysis,serious foaming phenomenon existing in the system is the main reason leading to the bad running of the tower.The foaming trend of the system can be weakened by changing the structure of the tray,so as to solve the problem of flushing the tower and improve the tray efficiency.Running of the tower inner parts after renovation is good,stable operation and product quality of the mixed dry gas desulfurization tower are ensured.
