摘 要:介绍以叔丁醇和甲醇为原料,采用国产树脂催化剂A(以下简称催化剂A)催化醚化反应制备甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE),采用小试装置分别考察了温度、空速、甲醇与叔丁醇摩尔比、原料水含量对叔丁醇转化率和MTBE选择性的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件。对比工业现有的叔丁醇与甲醇反应工艺技术指标,使用催化剂A合成MTBE技术指标较好,可以替代进口催化剂使用。Methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)was prepared from tert-butanol and methanol by etherification reaction with domestic resin catalyst A(hereinafter referred to as catalyst A).The effects of temperature,space velocity,molar ratio of methanol to tert-butanol,and water content of the raw material on conversion rate of tert-butanol and MTBE selectivity were investigated in a pilot plant,and the appropriate process conditions were determined.Compared with the existing indexes of the industrial reaction process between tert-butanol and methanol,the technical indexes of synthesizing MTBE with catalyst A were better,and catalyst A could be used instead of imported catalyst.
