摘 要:电工钢片的磁致伸缩效应导致变压器、电机等铁心发生形变,引起振动噪声,而伴随着磁化产生的磁致伸缩现象会受到机械应力的影响,因此在计算铁心形变的磁–机械场计算中需要准确表征电工钢片的复杂磁致伸缩特性。该文在实验测量不同应力下电工钢片磁致伸缩的各向异性特性基础上,详细分析考虑材料各向异性、磁应力敏感性及线磁致伸缩体积不变性质等复杂磁特性的磁–机械耦合方程,建立磁致伸缩预应变的等效节点载荷,并编制相应的有限元计算程序。最后,对一台叠片铁心实验模型进行形变计算与实验测试,实验结果验证了所提出的考虑磁致伸缩复杂特性的磁–机械耦合有限元计算方法的有效性。研究成果有助于推动我国具有自主版权的变压器等电工产品多物理场数值仿真计算程序的开发。The magnetostrictive effect of electrical steel sheets causes deformation of iron cores in the transformers and motors,which causes vibration and noise,while the magnetostrictive phenomenon accompanying the magnetization will be influenced by mechanical stress.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately characterize magnetostrictive characteristics of electrical steel sheet in the magnetic-mechanical field coupling calculation of the iron core deformation.In this paper,the anisotropy of magnetostrictive strain of electrical steel sheets under different stresses was measured.The magneto-mechanical coupling finite element equation was derived in detail by taking the complicated magnetic characteristics such as the magnetostrictive stress sensitivity,anisotropy and linear magnetostriction volume invariant property into account.The equivalent node load of magnetostrictive prestrain was established and the corresponding finite element calculation program was compiled.Finally,the deformation analysis of the laminated core model was carried out and tested,and the validity of the proposed magnetic-mechanical field coupling method considering complicated magnetic properties was verified.The research results are helpful for pushing the development of multi-physical field numerical simulation calculation program for transformers and other electrical products with independent copyright in China.
