摘  要:目前,建筑行业受工期及经济压力的影响,实际工程对精益建造和高效建造提出了更高要求,施工升降机选型对施工的经济性及工效有着一定影响。对比传统外附式施工升降机,井道曳引式施工升降机通常安装在结构井道内,物料运输路径从室外转向室内,其受四周井道结构保护,避免了运输过程中物料、机具撞击轿厢发生的安全隐患,其不占用室外空间,能够前置外立面及室外工程施工工序,无需二次收口。井道曳引式升降机耗电量及运行效率也决定了其成为精益建造及高效建造的重要条件之一。At present,the construction industry is affected by schedule and economic pressure,and actual projects have put forward higher requirements for lean and efficient construction.The selection of construction elevators has a certain impact on construction economy and efficiency.Compared to traditional external construction elevators,shaft traction construction elevators are usually installed inside structural shafts,with material transportation paths turning from outdoors to indoors.They are protected by the surrounding shaft structures,avoiding safety hazards caused by material and machinery hitting the elevator car during transportation.The characteristic of not occupying outdoor space allows for the installation of front facades and outdoor construction processes without the need for secondary closure.The power consumption and operational efficiency of the shaft traction elevator also determine that it has become one of the important conditions for lean and efficient construction.
