摘 要:大跨度非对称空间网壳结构安装工艺及技术具备高效、简易且贴合施工需求的特性。其运用地面作业区毂节点小单元拼装与空中吊装焊接的方法,相较于传统钢结构的散装焊接,显著降低了操作难度,加速了施工进程,有效攻克了钢结构吊装时因钢构件繁多而引发的拼装与焊接精度难题,削减了施工中的安全风险等。从工程实例的应用成效而言,该技术展现出极为出色的适用性,达成了节能减排与绿色建造的目标,并且在一定程度上缩减了项目成本,推动了项目施工的高效推进。The installation process and technology of large-span asymmetric space mesh shell structures have has the characteristics of high efficiency,simplicity,and suitability for construction needs.It uses the method of assembling small units of hub nodes in the ground operation area and welding them by aerial lifting.Compared with the traditional bulk welding of steel structures,it significantly reduces the difficulty of operation,accelerates the construction process,effectively overcomes the assembly and welding accuracy problems caused by the numerous steel components during steel structure lifting,and reduces safety risks during construction.In terms of the application effectiveness of engineering examples,this technology has demonstrated excellent applicability,achieving the goals of energy conservation,emission reduction,and green construction,and to a certain extent reducing project costs,promoting the efficient progress of project construction.
