摘 要:印月府项目处于填海地区,距海岸直线距离约500 m。在进行塔楼坑中坑施工时,受填海地质及地下高水位的影响,基坑开挖面临渗漏、管涌等不利因素,极大地增加了坑中坑的施工难度。研究以印月府项目2号楼坑中坑施工为例,对邻海项目坑中坑施工主要技术方案进行了剖析,旨在达到提质降本增效的目标。The Yinyue Prefecture project is located in a reclaimed land area,with a straightline distance of about 500 meters from the coast.During the construction of the tower pit,the excavation of the foundation pit faces unfavorable factors such as leakage and piping due to the influence of reclamation geology and high groundwater level,greatly increasing the difficulty of pit construction.Taking the construction of the pit in Building 2 of the Yinyue Prefecture project as an example,this study analyzed the main technical solutions for the pit in pit construction of the Linhai project,aiming to achieve the goal of improving quality,reducing costs,and increasing efficiency Goal.
