摘 要:随着绿色低碳的生态保护理念在工程领域的广泛推广,工业厂房广泛应用钢框架排架结构。在钢结构基础设计方面,设计人员更倾向于选择插入式柱脚,即基础采用杯口式设计。但杯口基础的施工历来是一项挑战。本项目基于工程实践,对传统木模板在杯口基础工程施工中所面临的问题进行了深入研究,提出了一种创新的施工工艺,即杯口基础内模组合式拼装模板施工技术。通过采用组合式拼装模板对杯芯模板进行加固施工,有效解决了传统木模板施工过程中出现的质量问题,显著提升了施工效率,且节约了项目成本。With the continuous development of the socio-economic and the constant progress in steel structure production and processing technology,coupled with the wide spread promotion of green and low-carbon ecological protection concepts in the field of engineering,the use of steel frame portal structures in industrial plants is increasingly common.In terms of steel structure foundation design,designers tend to choose insert-type column bases,that,the foundation adopts a cupped design.However,the construction of cupped foundations has always been a challenge.Based on engineering practice,this project has conducted an in-depth study on the problems faced by traditional wooden formwork in the construction of cupped foundation engineering.The article proposes an innovative construction technique,namely the combined assembly formwork construction technology for cupped foundations.By using the combined assembly formwork to reinforce the construction of the cup core formwork,it effectively solves the quality problems that occur during the construction of traditional wooden formwork,significantly improves construction efficiency,and saves project costs.
