临边构造柱用U形空腔混凝土预制块施工应用

摘　　要：超高层外墙均采用玻璃幕墙结构,楼层内分户隔墙外侧端部紧邻楼层结构板边缘,隔墙端部须设置构造柱,常规构造柱施工过程需搭设模板及支撑体系施工,临边作业施工安全风险高,施工难度大,项目根据构造柱尺寸需求,采用机器预制U形预制块,U形预制块作为外围临边构造柱模板施工,省去临边构造柱模板支设及拆除施工工序,避免长期临边作业的风险,同时缩短了临边构造柱的施工时间,施工效率高。Almost all the exterior walls of super high-rise buildings adopt glass curtain wall structures.The outer end of the partition wall within the floor is adjacent to the edge of the floor structural plate,and the end of the partition wall must be equipped with structural columns.The conventional construction process of structural columns requires the installation of templates and support systems,which poses high safety risks and construction difficulties for edge construction.According to the size requirements of the structural columns,the project uses machine prefabricated U-shaped prefabricated blocks,which are used as peripheral edge construction column templates for construction.This eliminates the need for edge construction column template support and removal,avoiding the risk of long-term edge construction,and shortens the construction time of edge construction columns,resulting in high construction efficiency.
