摘 要:桁架加强层在超高层建筑中的作用至关重要,但因其施工复杂一直被视为施工中的重难点。为了解决这个问题,本研究提出了一种可精准调节的支撑胎架方法。这种方法特别适用于桁架层钢梁在端部无钢柱或成熟混凝土作为附着点的情况下,能够实现超前安装。通过这种方法,桁架层外框架结构与核心筒结构可以实现同步施工,从而使施工流程与普通楼层相似,大幅减少无效投入。同时,利用BIM、TEKLA、Navisworks等软件的超前建模推演功能,可在梁、柱构件节点位置优化“梳齿”状钢构连接件。这种优化方法将现场施工难点前置到工厂机械化加工阶段,将复杂的施工过程简化,有效解决了桁架层中钢筋与钢构的碰撞问题,大幅提高了施工效率。The role of truss reinforcement layer is crucial in super high-rise buildings,but it has always been regarded as a key and difficult point in construction due to its complexity.To address this issue,this study proposes a precision adjustable support tire frame method.This method is particularly suitable for the installation of truss layer steel beams without steel columns or mature concrete as attachment points at the ends,and can achieve advanced installation.Through this method,the outer frame structure of the truss layer and the core tube structure can be constructed synchronously,making the construction process similar to that of ordinary floors and significantly reducing ineffective investment.At the same time,by utilizing the advanced modeling and deduction functions of software such as BIM,TEkLa,Navisworks,etc.,it is possible to optimize the"comb tooth"shaped steel structure connections at the node positions of beam and column components.This optimization method advances the difficulties of on-site construction to the stage of factory mechanization processing,simplifies the complex construction process,effectively solves the collision problem between steel bars and steel structures in the truss layer,and greatly improves construction efficiency.
