摘 要:随着我国铁路建设进程的加快,旅客发送量日益增多,现有值机员判图模式已无法满足旅客车站安检降本增效要求,存在安检人力忙闲不均、资源浪费的问题,梳理集中判图作业模式与传统安检作业模式的区别,提出铁路客运安检的排队系统模型,对远程集中判图作业模式进行建模分析和优化设计。选取中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司新乡南、内黄和卫辉南3个集中判图试点车站开展实例分析和结果仿真,得出3站共需配置2名值机员、每条安检通道都需配置1名处置员,为集中判图和开包处置2个环节的人员配置提供了解决方案。结果表明,集中判图作业模式在提高安检效率、优化人力资源配置等方面表现出显著优势,具有较高实用价值和推广前景。With the acceleration of railway construction and the increase of passenger traffic volume in China,the existing image analysis mode of analysis by operator can no longer meet the requirements of cost reduction and efficiency improvement for passenger station security inspection,and there are problems such as the uneven allocation of workload among security inspectors and the waste of resources.This paper sorts out the difference between the centralized image analysis operation mode and the traditional security inspection operation mode,proposes a queuing system model for railway passenger transport security inspection,and carries out modeling,analysis and optimization of the remote centralized image analysis operation mode.This paper presents the case study and result simulation of three stations with pilot centralized image analysis of China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co.,Ltd.,i.e.Xinxiangnan,Neihuang and Weihuinan Stations,and concludes that a total of two inspection machine operators are required for the three stations,and one disposal officer is required for each security inspection channel,providing a solution for personnel allocation in the centralized image analysis and unpacking and disposal processes.The results indicate that the centralized image analysis operation mode has significant advantages in improving security inspection efficiency and optimizing human resource allocation,and has high practical value and favorable prospect for promotion.
