摘 要:作为“一带一路”倡议的重点工程,匈塞铁路是我国在欧盟建设的第一条铁路项目,其中塞尔维亚段铁路由中方牵头,联合塞方团队进行设计,现已获得设计批复,并正稳步开展建设。通信系统是铁路建设的重要组成部分,然而,我国与塞尔维亚的相关标准及设计习惯存在显著差异。通过对比传输系统、数据网系统及铁路综合数字移动通信系统(GSM-R)等关键通信系统,分析技术标准、承载业务、功能要求、设备选型、传输技术及组网方式等方面的差异性,讨论我国标准在匈塞铁路塞尔维亚段的适应性和可行性,为我国标准在国际领域上的推广和应用提供重要的技术支撑和经验参考。As a key project of the Belt and Road Initiative,Hungary-Serbia Railway is the first railway project built by China in the EU.The Serbia Section of Hungary-Serbia Railway was led by the Chinese side and designed jointly with the Serbian team.The design has been approved and the construction is being carried out steadily.Communication system is an important part of railway construction.However,there are significant differences in relevant standards and design practices between China and Serbia.By comparing key communication systems such as transmission system,data network system and GSM-R(Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway),this paper examines the differences in technical standards,bearer services,functional requirements,equipment selection,transmission technology and networking modes,looks at the adaptability and feasibility of Chinese standards in Serbia Section of Hungary-Serbia Railway,and provides important technical support and experience reference for the promotion and application of Chinese standards in the international field.
