摘　　要：无线闭塞中心(RBC)是高速铁路列车运行控制系统的地面核心设备,保障列车高速、安全运行。基于我国自主研发的RBC在欧洲列车控制系统(ETCS)标准体系下的推广应用需求,以匈塞铁路为应用背景,研究适用于匈塞铁路的RBC解决方案和关键技术。针对匈牙利铁路对RBC应具备命令控制功能的需求,提出适用于匈塞铁路的RBC命令控制系统,描述了命令控制系统的结构、组成、接口;同时结合匈牙利铁路运营管理的要求和特点,着重论述RBC命令控制系统的功能要求、应用场景、命令流程及RBC的处理原则等。通过对RBC在匈塞铁路的适应性研究,为其在匈塞铁路项目乃至欧盟国家高速铁路的推广提供应用指导和技术支持。Radio block center(RBC)is the core wayside equipment of HSR train operation control system,which ensures high-speed and safe operation of trains.Based on the promotion and application demand of RBC independently developed by China under the European Train Control System(ETCS)standard system,this paper takes the Hungary-Serbia Railway as the application background to study the RBC solutions and key technologies applicable to Hungary-Serbia Railway.In view of the demand of Hungarian railway for RBC to have command control function,this paper proposes an RBC command control system applicable to Hungary-Serbia Railway and describes the structure,composition and interface of the command control system.At the same time,in combination with the requirements and characteristics of Hungarian railway operation management,this paper focuses on the functional requirements,application scenarios,command processes and RBC processing principles of the RBC command control system.By studying the adaptability of RBC in Hungary-Serbia Railway,it provides application guidance and technical support for its promotion in Hungary-Serbia Railway Project and even HSRs in EU countries.
