摘  要:为提升我国铁路隧道智能建造水平,选用三维激光扫描技术加强隧道喷射混凝土施工过程质量控制。为进一步提升点云数据处理的效率和准确性,提出了不规则三角网加密的点云重采样法和基于回字形矩阵三维Delaunay生长算法的隧道模型重构法,实现了隧道点云数据优化处理。梳理了喷射混凝土施工管控的总体技术流程,配套研发了喷射混凝土施工管控软件。选取西南某铁路隧道进行现场试验分析,与传统检测方法相比,基于三维激光扫描的隧道喷射混凝土施工管控技术可实现对喷射混凝土施工质量、喷射混凝土用量以及初期支护变形监测的准确监管与评价,单点测量偏差小于1.2 mm,检测效率显著提升。In order to improve the intelligent construction level of railway tunnels in China,3D laser scanning technology is selected to strengthen the quality control of tunnel shotcrete construction process.This paper further improves the efficiency and accuracy of point cloud data processing,and proposes the point cloud resampling method based on triangular irregular network densification and the tunnel model reconstruction method based on 3D Delaunay growth algorithm of hollow square-shaped matrix to realize optimized processing of tunnel point cloud data and rapid output of measurement results.This paper sorts out the overall technical process of shotcrete construction control,and develops a tunnel point cloud deformation calculation software based on point cloud data processing technology.By comparing the tunnel design parameters and point cloud models in different construction stages,it can realize convenient control in shotcrete dosage,construction quality and surface deformation monitoring,reduce the difficulty of control and labor intensity,and improve the intelligence level of tunnel shotcrete construction control.
