摘  要:目的掌握江苏省居民营养健康知识水平及影响因素,为制定营养干预政策提供科学依据。方法2021年,采用多阶段抽样方法,问卷调查江苏省18~64岁居民营养健康知识水平,以问卷总得分≥75分为知晓,分析营养健康知识知晓率的影响因素。结果有效调查4353人,营养健康知识知晓率为23.57%(1026/4353),其中食品安全维度知晓率最高(74.36%),食物选择维度知晓率最低(10.82%)。影响因素为年龄(OR_(25~34)=1.54,95%CI:1.10~2.17;OR_(35~44)=1.49,95%CI:1.06~2.09)、文化程度(OR_(初中/中专/技校)=1.55,95%CI:1.21~1.99;OR_(大专/本科及以上)=2.49,95%CI:1.99~3.11)、城乡(OR_(城市)=3.41,95%CI:2.81~4.13)、职业(OR_(医药健康相关工作)=1.89,95%CI:1.45~2.45)和知识获取渠道数(OR_(>3)=1.91,95%CI:1.63~2.24)。结论应加强农村地区55~64岁文化程度较低人群的营养健康知识宣教工作,侧重食物选择维度。Objective To grasp the knowledge level of nutrition and health of residents in Jiangsu Province and provide scientific basis for nutrition intervention policy formulation.Methods In 2021,a multi⁃stage sampling method was adopted to investigate the nutrition and health knowledge level of residents aged 18~64 in Jiangsu Province with questionnaire.The total questionnaire score≥75 was taken as awareness,and the influencing factors on the nutrition and health awareness rate were analyzed.Results A total of 4353 valid survey subjects were included.The total nutrition and health awareness rate was 23.57%(1026/4353),among which the food safetydimension was highest(74.36%),the food selection dimension was lowest(10.82%).It was associated with age(OR_(25-34)=1.54,95%CI:1.10⁃2.17;OR_(35-44)=1.49,95%CI:1.06⁃2.09),education level(OR_(middle/technical school)=1.55,95%CI:1.21⁃1.99;OR_(college or above)=2.49,95%CI:1.99⁃3.11),urban and rural area(OR_(urban)=3.41,95%CI:2.81⁃4.13),occupation(OR_(medical and health related work)=1.89,95%CI:1.45⁃2.45)and the number of knowledge acquisition channels(OR_(>3)=1.91,95%CI:1.63⁃2.24).Conclusions Nutrition and health knowledge training especially for food selection for the 55⁃64 age group with low education level in rural areas should be strengthened.
