摘  要:目的了解南通市非O1/O39霍乱弧菌的分子特征与耐药情况。方法使用全基因组测序技术,对南通市2023年分离的6株非O1/O139霍乱弧菌菌株进行全基因组测序分析;利用生物信息学方法,分析其毒力、核心基因组多位点序列分型;对菌株进行抗生素耐药实验。结果6株毒株全基因组测序均获得有效结果,毒株携带24~38个毒力基因,主要集中在Ⅵ型分泌系统;对CFZ、CT、PB的耐药率为100.00%,对IPM、NAL耐药率为16.67%、50.00%,对其他主要抗菌药物敏感。6株毒株归于2个大分支;核心基因组多位点序列分型(core genome MLST,cgMLST)分为5种,cgST-581、691、888、382各1个,cgST-1025为2个。结论分离的非O1/O139霍乱弧菌具有较多的毒力基因,对大多数常用抗生素敏感;其基因组存在一定差异,具有较高的生物多样性。Objective To investigate themolecular characteristics and antimicrobial resistance of non⁃O1/O139 Vibrio cholerae in Nantong City.Methods Six non⁃O1/O139 V.cholerae isolates from Nantong City in 2023 were subjected to whole genome sequencing(WGS).The virulence and core genome multi⁃locus sequence types(cgMLSTs)of non⁃O1/O139 V.cholerae isolates were analyzed using bioinformatics tools,and the resistance of non⁃O1/O139 V.cholerae isolates to antimicrobial agents was tested.Results WGS of six non⁃O1/O139 V.cholerae isolates was all successfully performed,and the isolated carried 24 to 38 virulence genes,which were mainly distributed in the type VI secretion system.The prevalence of resistance to carfilzomib,cefotaxime and polymyxin B was all 100.00%in V.cholerae isolates,and the prevalence of resistance to imipenem and nalidixic acid was 16.67%and 50.00%,while the V.cholerae isolates were susceptible to other antimicrobial agents.The six V.cholerae isolates were clustered into two clades,and five cgMLSTs were typed,including a cgST⁃581 type,a cgST⁃691 type,a cgST⁃888 type,a cgST⁃382 type and two cgST⁃1025 types.Conclusions The V.cholerae isolates carried multiple virulence genes,and remained susceptible to most common antimicrobial agents.The V.cholerae isolates had diverse genomes,and had a high biodiversity.
