摘  要:为解决因用户特质多样化导致创新型用户识别难的问题,提出一种基于粗糙集决策系统与层次分析法的识别方法体系,实现创新型用户的系统化识别。以创新型用户的评价数据为基准,采用粗糙集属性约简算法对评价数据进行分析,提取关键特征集;构建关键特征集的专家评分数据库,采用层次分析法对关键特征进行赋权分析,解算出创新型用户的关键识别指标及权重数据。以键盘概念设计为例,通过邀请不同类型的用户参与概念设计,得到键盘的创新设计方案,为开放式产品创新引入用户资源提供了思路和方法。Aiming at the issues of hard innovative users identification caused by diverse user characteristics,an identification method system was proposed based on rough set decision-making system and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to realize the systematic identification of innovative users.Based on the evaluation data of innovative users,the rough set attribute reduction algorithm was used to analyze the evaluation data,and the key feature sets were extracted.The expert score database of key feature set was constructed,and the key features were weighted and analyzed by AHP method,to solve the key identification indicators and their weight data of innovative users.Taking the keyboard conceptual design as an example.The innovative design scheme of the keyboard was obtained by inviting different types of users to participate in the concept design,which provided ideas and methods for the introduction of user resources in open product innovation.
