摘  要:针对东风雪铁龙汽车中央地梁的成形工序和回弹问题,完成了该零件工序设计和回弹补偿模具模面设计。通过优化板料形状和尺寸实现无修边工序设计;通过分析零件冲压结束后的主应变分布确定塑性变形区域,根据回弹机理提出圆弧顶面补偿方法构建回弹补偿模面,并完成回弹补偿模面的成形仿真和回弹分析。分析结果表明:零件整体成形质量较好,最大减薄率为13%,最大增厚率为0.6%,最大位移回弹量为0.855 mm,最大回弹角为0.27°,4个评价指标均在设计范围内,表明文中方案的有效性。This article focuses on the forming process and the springback of Dongfeng Citroen Automobile’s central ground beam.Both the process design and the die-surface design for the automobile part’s springback compensation are conducted.Firstly,the sheet metal’s shape and size are optimized for the process design without trimming.Secondly,the plastic deformation area is determined by analyzing the automobile part’s main strain distribution of after stamping.According to the springback mechanism,the arc top-surface compensation method is proposed to construct the die surface for springback compensation;efforts are made to conduct the forming simulation and the springback analysis of the die surface for springback compensation.The results show that the automobile part has a high standard of overall forming quality,with the maximum thinning rate of 13%,the maximum thickening rate of 0.6%,the maximum displacement springback amount of 0.855 mm,and the maximum springback angle of 0.27°.The four evaluation indicators are within the design range,which shows that this scheme is effective.
