摘  要:针对机械设备进行维修期间能源利用率较低的问题,文中提出了一种考虑分级能耗的维修模型。在该模型中,通过利用待机设备空闲时间对可移动单元进行维修,提出一种能源最优利用算法。首先,通过仿真试验,验证了阈值有效选取可实现能源利用率最优化;其次,以上述研究为基础建立了考虑能耗、时间和成本的维修模型,采用随机过程与UGF相结合的方法建立了可靠性模型,采用定制的DE算法解决策略优化问题;最后,以具体煤运系统为例,通过分析能耗的约束变化对维修策略优化结果的影响,验证了所提算法的有效性,对维修过程中资源设定规划具有工程指导作用。Since the mechanical equipment suffers the low rate of energy utilization during maintenance,in this article efforts are made to set up a maintenance model with graded energy consumption taken into consideration.In this model,an optimal energy-utilization algorithm is proposed by utilizing the idle time of the standby equipment to repair the movable unit.Firstly,through a series of simulation experiment,it is found that the effective threshold value ensures the optimal rate of energy utilization.Then,a maintenance model is constructed,with energy consumption,time,and cost taken into account;a reliability model is built,with a combination of the stochastic process and UGF;the customized DE algorithm is used for strategy optimization problem.Finally,with a specific coal-transportation system as the example,the analysis is conducted on the impact of the changes in energyconsumption constraint on the results of maintenance strategy optimization.As a result,it is verified that this algorithm is effective.This study provides engineering reference on how the maintenance process guides resource setting.
