摘 要:针对旋转式内燃机受槽形凸轮影响导致运动平稳性差和转速低等问题,设计槽形凸轮改善活塞运行的平稳性,降低在工作过程中活塞对转筒和机轴的冲击力,提高旋转式内燃机的转速。采用数学建模的方法对槽形凸轮的轮廓线进行建模,采用MATLAB软件拟合槽形凸轮的轮廓线;对不同行程转角进行对比分析,找出最佳的行程转角;基于ADAMS软件对旋转式内燃机性能进行仿真验证。结果表明:13.5°行程转角的槽形凸轮运行时突变最小,对转筒的冲击力可减小1 000 N,内燃机运行时比其他行程转角的槽形凸轮更加平稳。Since the rotary internal combustion engine suffers poor motion stability and low rotary speed caused by the grooved cam,in this article the grooved cams are designed to improve smoothness of piston operation,reduce the piston’s impact on the drum and the crankshaft during the working process,and increase the rotary internal combustion engine’s rotary speed.Firstly,the grooved cam’s contour is subject to the mathematical modeling;the MATLAB is adopted to fit the contour.Then,different stroke angles are compared and analyzed,in order to find the best stroke angle.Finally,based on ADAMS,the rotary internal combustion engine is simulated and verified.The results show that the grooved cam with the stroke angle of 13.5°has the smallest abrupt change during operation,and the impact on the drum reduces by 1000 N.Therefore,when the internal combustion engine is working,this grooved cam runs more smoothly than those with other stroke angles.
