摘  要:为了及时发现和解决核电站主变压器的故障问题,文中针对故障监测与诊断分析进行了深入研究。首先,通过实时数据采集和监测系统,获取主变压器运行过程中的温度、振动和电流等参数;其次,利用信号处理技术提取和分析故障特征,包括温度异常升高和振动异常等,结合专业的故障诊断工具和方法,对提取的故障特征进行诊断分析,识别可能的故障类型和原因,基于历史数据和试验结果,建立主变压器的故障诊断模型,并不断优化以提高其准确性和可靠性;最后,利用建立的模型对未来可能发生的故障进行预测,采取预防性维护措施,确保核电站主变压器安全可靠运行。该研究为核电站主变压器的故障监测与诊断提供了重要的理论和方法支持,具有一定的应用和推广价值。In this article,in order to find and solve the fault of the nuclear power plant’s main transformer in time,efforts are made to deeply explore fault monitoring,diagnosis and analysis.Firstly,the real-time data acquisition and monitoring system is used to obtain the main transformer’s temperature,vibration,current and other parameters during operation.Then,the signal processing technology is used to extract and analyze the fault characteristics,including abnormal temperature rise and abnormal vibration.Next,in combination with some professional tools and methods of fault diagnosis,the extracted fault characteristics are diagnosed and analyzed,in order to identify the possible fault types and causes.According to the historical data and the experimental results,the fault-diagnosis model of the main transformer is set up;besides,the model is constantly optimized for better accuracy and reliability.Finally,the model is used to predict the possible faults in the future;preventive maintenance measures are taken to ensure the main transformer’s safe and reliable operation.This study,which provides important theoretical and methodological support for fault monitoring and diagnosis of the nuclear power plant’s main transformer,can be applied and popularized in more areas.
