摘  要:随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深,市场上对以轮椅为代表的助老和适老产品需求增长迅猛。针对普通轮椅难以跨越台阶障碍、传统爬楼梯轮椅结构复杂舒适度低等难题,文中开发了一款升降式智能爬楼梯轮椅。该爬楼梯轮椅主要由机架、前支撑结构、后支撑装置和辅助支撑支脚组成,整体结构上创新性地采用前后两个具有高度差的弓形支撑装置进行交替抬升和平移,结合传感器位置检测及电机驱动控制实现上下楼梯运动。采用ANSYS软件建模分析校核及实物样机测试的方式,验证了轮椅能稳定安全地完成载人爬楼梯运动。智能爬楼梯轮椅结构简洁,在提高乘坐舒适性的同时降低了制造成本,方便老年人日常生活出行,在轮椅市场具备较好的竞争优势和应用前景。In China,with the trend of population aging,there is an ever-growing demand for elderly assistance and fitness products represented by wheelchairs.Since the traditional wheelchairs cannot cross the stair obstacles and those stairclimbing wheelchairs suffer low comfort and complex structures,in this article an intelligent up-and-down stair-climbing wheelchair is designed,which is mainly composed of a frame,a front supporting structure,a back supporting device,and some auxiliary supporting feet.This wheelchair is transformed into two arc supporting devices with different heights for alternately lifting and moving.The up-and-down stair climbing is achieved by combining the sensor’s position detection and the motor’s drive control.The ANSYS software is used for modeling,analysis and verification;the physical prototype is tested.As a result,it is verified that this wheelchair can complete the manned stair climbing in a stable and safe manner.Therefore,the intelligent stair-climbing wheelchair with a simple structure is helpful to improve ride comfort while reducing the manufacturing cost;also,it facilitates daily travel of senior citizens.It,with obvious competitive advantages,can be applied widely in the wheelchair market.
