摘　　要：发展新质生产力助推乡村振兴是马克思主义政治经济学中国化的题中应有之义。新质生产力以创新驱动、区域协调、绿色增质、要素优配等方式充分阐释生产力发展在乡村产业振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴、人才振兴等领域的重要驱动作用。但受限于涉农关键性技术薄弱、城乡数字鸿沟扩大、农村空心化与新质农业人才短缺、涉农链条结构失衡与生产要素发展滞后、农村经营体制与乡村治理困境等现实,现阶段新质生产力发展难以在农村地区形成乡村全面振兴的重要推力。因此,以新质生产力发展为引领,以数字乡村建设为基础,推动建立产业链创新链融合机制,加快实施新型职业农民教育与新质人才引进政策,培育新型农业经营主体,深化农村集体产权制度改革等政策建议,激活乡村发展新动能,助力乡村全面振兴远景目标最终实现。The development of new quality productive forces and the empowerment of rural revitalization are the proper connotation of the localization of Marxist political economy in the context of China.Featuring innovation driven,regional coordination,green value-adding,optimized resource allocation,new quality productive forces fully explains the important role of productivity development in the revitalization of rural industries,ecological restoration,organizational development,and talent cultivation.However,due to the realistic constraints such as weak key agricultural technologies,the digital gap between urban and rural areas,rural hollowing and a shortage of talent in new agricultural fields,the imbalanced agricultural supply chains and lagging development of production factors,as well as the challenges in rural management system and rural governance,the current development of new quality productive forces are facing difficulties in becoming a significant driving force for comprehensive rural revitalization.In light of this,the article proposes the following suggestions on policy making,which include taking the development of new productive forces as the guide,innovating digital countryside construction as foundation,promoting the integration mechanism of industrial supply chains,accelerating the cultivation of new professional farmers and the introducing talents,fostering new types of agricultural operators,and deepening the reform of collective property rights in rural areas.These measures aim at activating the new dynamics for rural development and ultimately help the realization of the goal of comprehensive rural revitalization.
