摘 要:本研究以二乙烯三胺为水相单体,1,3,5-均苯三甲酰氯为有机相单体,利用界面聚合法制备了具有增强抗污和分离性能的醋酸纤维素基聚酰胺纳滤(CA-NF)膜。在醋酸纤维素超滤(CA-UF)膜表面构筑的亲水性和无缺陷的聚酰胺活性层具有较高的染料保留率,孟加拉玫瑰红和刚果红染料的去除率为99%,甲基橙去除率为95.5%,次甲基蓝去除率为96.1%,金属盐离子的拦截率由大到小依次为Na_(2)SO_(4)(92.7%)>MgSO_(4)(91.8%)>MgCl_(2)(84.2%)>NaCl(54.1%)。此外,CA-NF该膜的水接触角为39.8°,电负性为-24.8 mV,良好的亲水性和强电负性赋予其良好的防污性能。This study used diethylenetriamine as the aqueous phase monomer and 1,3,5-trimesoyl chloride as the organic phase monomer,prepared acetic acid cellulose-based polyamide nanofiltration(CA-NF)membranes with enhanced antifouling and separation performance through interfacial polymerization.The hydrophilic and defect-free polyamide active layer constructed on the surface of the acetic acid cellulose(CA-UF)membrane exhibited high dye retention rates,with removal rates of Bangladesh Rose and Congo Red dyes reaching 99%,Methyl Orange at 95.5%,and Methylene Blue at 96.1%.The rejection rates for metal salt ions were Na_(2)SO_(4)(92.7%)>MgSO_(4)(91.8%)>MgCl_(2)(84.2%)>NaCl(54.1%).Additionally,the water contact angle of CA-NF membrane was 39.8°,and its electronegativity was 24.8 mV.The hydrophilicity and strong electronegativity endowing the acetic acid cellulose-based nanofiltration membrane with excellent antifouling performance.
