摘 要:纸浆模塑餐具切割后的边角料需回收解离再次使用,工厂一般采用机械法解离,但过程会严重损伤纤维强度,且纸片分散成纤维得效果较差,影响纸张强度和使用寿命。本研究探讨了采用NaOH、湿强解离剂、表面活性剂、H_(2)O_(2)及NaOH/表面活性剂复合方式处理纸浆模塑餐具切割后的边角料的方法。结果表明,边角料最佳疏解处理条件为:浆浓8%,表面活性剂用量0.5%,NaOH用量0.25%,水浴温度95℃,处理时间60 min。该条件下,边角料得到有效分散,NaOH用量较少,成本较低,纸张泛黄程度小,纸张质量得到提升,测得纸张的抗张指数为30.3 N·m/g,撕裂指数为6.14 m N·m^(2)/g,与机械法相比,分别提高了17.9%和4.8%。After cutting,the edge scraps of pulp-molded tableware need to be recycled and dissociated for reuse.Factories typically use mechanical methods for dissociation,which could significantly damage fiber strength and result in poor dispersion of paper into fibers,affecting paper strength and lifespan.This study explored the use of NaOH,wet strength dissociation agent,surfactant,H_(2)O_(2),and NaOH/surfactant composite to treat the edge scraps of pulp-molded tableware.By adjusting the dosages of reagents,heating time,and temperature,the optimal treatment conditions were determined:pulp treatment concentration of 8%,surfactant dosage of 0.5%,NaOH dosage of 0.25%,water bath temperature of 95℃,and treatment time of 60 min.Under these conditions,the edge scraps were effectively dispersed,with lower NaOH usage and costs,minimal yellowing of paper,and improved paper quality.The tensile index of the paper was measured at 30.3 N·m/g,and the tear index was 6.14 mN·m^(2)/g,representing increases of 17.9%and 4.8%,respectively,compared to mechanical methods.
