摘 要:本研究针对纤维发泡材料存在防潮性能低下、高湿度条件下强度性能发生剧烈下降的问题,以植物纤维、淀粉和聚乙烯醇为主要组分,制备纤维发泡材料,系统分析了不同防潮剂对纤维发泡材料表观密度、静态缓冲性能以及吸湿性能的影响。结果表明,蜡乳液作为防潮剂,虽然能够改善防潮性能,但吸潮率依然高于10%,并不能达到期望的防潮效果。当AKD用量为0.5%(相对植物纤维、淀粉和聚乙烯醇主体组分)时,纤维发泡材料的缓冲性能和防潮性能均得到明显改善,但疏水性能仍然难以完全抵制高湿度条件下的长时间作用。因此,优化原材料的组成,是获得具有优异防潮性能的纤维发泡材料的一种可能途径。For the problems of low moisture-proof properties and dramatic decrease in the intensity performance under high humidity conditions,fiber foaming materials were prepared with plant fiber,starch,and polyvinyl alcohol as the main components,the effects of different moisture-proof agents on the apparent density,static buffer performance,and hygroscopic properties were systematically analyzed,in this study.The results showed that the wax emulsion used as a moisture-proof agent could improve the moisture-proof properties,and moisture absorption rate was still higher than 10%,but not achieved the desired moisture-proof effect.When the dosage of AKD to the main components of plant fiber,starch,and polyvinyl alcohol was 0.5%,the buffering property and moisture-proof properties of the fiber foaming material were significantly improved,but the hydrophobic property was still difficult to completely resist the long-time action under high humidity conditions.Therefore,optimizing the composition of raw materials was a possible way to obtain fiber foaming materials with excellent moistureproof properties.
