摘  要:以Lyocell纤维为增强纤维、聚丙烯腈基短切碳纤维为主体纤维,制备氢燃料电池气体扩散层用碳纤维纸,探讨了不同浸渍树脂溶液质量分数、热压压力和石墨化温度下制备的碳纤维纸的强度、导电和透气等性能,分析了各工艺参数对碳纤维纸性能的影响和作用机制,明确了碳纤维纸的最佳制备工艺。结果表明:浸渍树脂溶液质量分数8%,热压压力2 MPa,石墨化温度2400℃时,制备的碳纤维纸整体性能最优,且装配单电池的电池性能与商用东丽碳纤维纸性能相当。In this study,carbon fiber paper for hydrogen fuel cell gas diffusion layer was prepared with Lyocell fiber as reinforcement fiber and PAN fiber as main fiber.The strength,conductivity and air permeability properties of carbon fiber paper under different resin impregnation concentration,hot pressing pressure and graphitization temperature were discussed.The effects of various process parameters on the properties of carbon fiber paper and the mechanism of action were analyzed.The optimum process of carbon fiber paper was determined.The results showed that the overall performance of carbon fiber paper was the best when the impregnation resin concentration was 8%,the hot pressing pressure was 2 MPa,and the graphitization temperature was 2400℃,and the performance of the battery assembled with a single battery was comparable to that of the commercial Toray carbon paper.
