摘　　要：绒毛浆作为一种具有吸水介质的纸浆,被广泛用于卫生用品的生产(如纸尿裤、卫生巾、成人失禁用品等),可使产品具有良好的吸液性能、弹性强度和起绒性等特性。本研究针对绒毛浆的特性需求,在对思茅松等纤维原料特性研究的基础上,开发了漂白硫酸盐思茅松绒毛浆,并进行了产业化生产。研究表明,该浆具有纤维长、细胞壁厚、滤水性好,膨松度、透气度、吸液能力和机械强度高、白度高、尘埃少、纤维流失率低、易解离等特点;解离后纤维长度、吸收性等各项物理指标接近或达到进口绒毛浆水平,从而为我国绒毛浆的稳定供应提供支撑。Fluff pulp is used as a water absorbing medium to produce various sanitary products such as diapers,sanitary napkins,adult incontinence products,etc.which requires the product to have good liquid absorption performance,elastic strength,and fuzzing properties.The characteristics and requirements of fluff pulp were discussed in this study.A fluff pulp from Simao Pine by bleached kraft pulping process was developed and industrialized,based on the study of the characteristics of fiber raw materials of Simao Pine;fluff pulp had the characteristics of long fiber,thick cell wall,good filtration water,high bulk degree,air permeability,liquid absorption capacity,and mechanical strength,high whiteness,less dust,low fiber loss rate,easy to dissociate;after the dissociation of fiber length,absorption and other physical indicators close to or reach the international class of pulp.It will provide support for the stable supply of fluff pulp in China market.
