摘 要:随着我国制造业的不断转型,以及消费者个性化需求的进一步加强,消费者越发趋向于购买个性化产品。本文通过分析大规模个性化定制的个性化定制、智能化制造、模块化设计、精细化管理四大生产制造特点,研究覆盖企业销售、设计、制造、采购、管理以及后续服务等产品全生命周期的标准,探索构建大规模个性化定制标准体系,以期能对大规模个性化定制模式的发展提供标准支撑。With the continuous transformation of China’s manufacturing industry and the further growth of consumers’personalized needs,consumers are increasingly inclined to purchase personalized products.By analyzing the four manufacturing characteristics of mass personalized customization,including personalized customization,intelligent manufacturing,modular design and fine management,this paper studies the standards covering the whole life cycle of enterprise products such as sales,design,manufacturing,procurement,management and follow-up services,and explores the construction of mass personalized customization standards system so as to provide standard support for the development of mass personalized customization mode.
