摘 要:随着工业4.0的兴起,如何化解和驾驭企业标准化体系与智能制造两者之间的矛盾?智能制造设计应纳入公司标准化战略规划中,要建立产品全生命周期的网络协同制造新模式,即围绕研发、制造、试验、售后服务和召回等产品全生命周期的主要过程,建立数字化工厂模型和面向产品设计制造的数字化平台。在开展智能制造顶层整体规划与设计时,应同步调整企业标准化体系顶层设计,并适时调整资源分配以及组织结构及职能职责付诸于实施。从研究和设计开发、生产制造、营销过程、采购供应链过程、检验检测、顾客服务、企业管理等模块,根据行业属性不同,研究、设计适宜的智能制造标准化体系框架。With the rise of Industry 4.0,how to resolve the contradiction between enterprise standardization system and intelligent manufacturing?Intelligent manufacturing design should be incorporated into a company’s standardization strategic planning,and a new network collaborative manufacturing mode of product life cycle should be established.That means to establish a digital chemical plant model and a digital platform for product design and manufacturing around the main processes of product life cycle such as R&D,manufacturing,test,after-sales service and recall.When making the top-level overall planning and design of intelligent manufacturing,we should synchronously adjust the top-level design of enterprise standardization system,and timely adjust the resource allocation,organizational structure and functional responsibilities for implementation.Appropriate intelligent manufacturing standardization system framework should be designed with the modules of research,design and development,production and manufacturing,marketing process,procurement and supply chain process,inspection and testing,customer service,enterprise management,etc.,according to different industry attributes.
