摘  要:为解决高速公路雪灾导致配电网大面积停电后的电力保障问题,在灾害时长可预测情况下,利用能源调度车协同分布式能源,提出一种考虑电力线路故障修复及其变化,且具有减碳效果的配电网灾后恢复策略。在线路故障方面,对线路覆冰导致的过荷载断线情况进行分析,并基于此建立线路故障修复与变化场景的模型;在灾后恢复方面,考虑路面结冰对能源调度车通行影响,提出一种以负荷削减功率最小为目标,综合能源调度车、应急电源和柴油发电机多源协同的灾后恢复策略,并求解其最优的负荷削减量、分布式电源出力以及能源调度车运行策略。最后,以修正的适用于高速公路的IEEE 33节点配电系统分别对所提策略、无能源调度车以及目标函数不包含对清洁能源和柴油发电机出力奖惩的情况进行对比分析。研究结果表明:提出策略能够实现高速公路配电系统灾后有效恢复,降低其对柴油发电机的依赖;在能源调度车与分布式资源的协同下,1,2和3级负荷平均供电率分别为94.7%、93.2%和40%;无能源调度车下,各级负荷平均供电率明显降低,1,2和3级负荷平均供电率分别为84%、76.6%和15%;此外,在不考虑能源调度车、应急电源和柴油发电机出力奖惩情况下,与所提策略相比,其柴油发电机多出力15.45%。To address the issue of power supply assurance following widespread outages in distribution networks caused by snow disasters on expressways,and given the predictability of the disaster duration,energy dispatch vehicles in coordination with distributed energy resources was used to propose a post-disaster recovery strategy for the distribution network that considered the repair and variability of power line faults and had carbon reduction effects.In terms of line faults,the overload line breakage caused by ice cover on lines was analyzed,and models for line fault repair and variable scenarios were established.In terms of post-disaster recovery,considering the impact of icy road surfaces on the mobility of energy dispatch vehicles,a multi-source coordinated post-disaster recovery strategy was proposed,aiming for minimum load reduction power.This strategy integrated load reduction optimization,distributed power output,and operation strategies for energy dispatch vehicles,considering emergency power and diesel generators.It sought to determine the optimal load reduction,distributed power generation output,and operation strategies for energy dispatch vehicles.A comparative analysis was then conducted on the modified IEEE 33-bus distribution system suitable for expressways,examining the proposed strategy,scenarios without energy dispatch vehicles,and scenarios where the objective function did not include rewards and penalties for the output of clean energy and diesel generators.The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively restore the power distribution system after a snow disaster on expressways and reduce reliance on diesel generators.With the coordination of energy dispatch vehicles and distributed resources,the average supply rates for primary,secondary,and tertiary loads are 94.7%,93.2%and 40%,respectively.Without energy dispatch vehicles,the average supply rates for all load levels are significantly reduced,with primary,secondary,and tertiary loads having average supply rates of 84%,76.6%and 15%,res
